Change in Javelin weight specification for Women aged 60-74

As reported earlier, the javelin weight for W60-74 has been changed from 400g to 500g from the start of 2014. The spreadsheets for calculating Throws Pentathlon scores have been amended in line with these changes, and can be found on the Laws/Rules page.
