Sally Read-Cayton (VAC), Virginia Mitchell (SCVAC) and David Heath (SCVAC), ran fantastic races this afternoon in the Bird’s Nest Olympic stadium during the IAAF Championships. Sally ran one of her fastest 400m and Virginia beat Elisabeth Wilson, NZ, the WMA World Champion in Lyon. David had a runaway win in the 800m. The IAAF, the World largest Sports Governing Body with 214 Affiliates, is the first to included Masters events at their World Championships.
