Running in the Lee Valley Arena on Wednesday night, VAC member Clare Elms sped to a W55 British 1-Mile Record 5.15.44sec, MMAC member Derek Jackson scorched around for a new M65 Record in 5.33.01sec. Both records are subject to ratification. Another MMAC member, Graham Moffett, recorded 4.48.76sec in the 1500m in Sheffield Indoor in January
