When: The 22nd BMAF “Open” Masters Cross Country Relays on Saturday October 26th at West Park, Long Eaton.
What: A Masters (Men and Women) Team Competition, open to all UKA registered athletes over the age of 35.
Race Info: Categories are in 10 year age groups (Men ages 35-44 and 45-54 = 5 per team) (Men ages 55-64 = 4 per team) all other Men + all Women’s teams = 3 per team.
