MASTERS ATHLETICS ROAD RACING & CROSS COUNTRY
For this season’s championships we visited Ruthin, a
BRITISH MASTERS 10 MILE CHAMPIONSHIP, SIDCUP 10 Mile small historical market town in North Wales. The
Race, Sunday 8th March 2015 course was a “traditional cross country course”, with
