Helen Godsell won the W60 60m in 8.85 to narrowly head
Joan Trimble and Caroline Powell. “I had a terrible start,”
said Godsell. Powell added the 200m and 400m. “I have
done a lot more strength work in the gym this winter,” said
Powell, who finalised her Euro preparations.
