# All races would be based on times quoted on entry form and would involve Male and Female competitors quite legal under WMA
rules. Simply the fastest time would go in race one, followed by the slower times in races 2-3-4 and so on. Also listed are the splits
needed to set new WMA records or British bests at 4x800 metres.

*Hurdles races could be added to Women’s events as Heptathlon can have quite low entries. Times are approximate!
