3000s Preview

Records could fall in the 3000, with a trio of records on the men’s side looking under threat in the M50s, M60s and M70s.

Tony O’Brien, Guy Bracken, and David Oxland are the triumvirate looking to take those on. O’Brien and Bracken showed good form for 4:17.05 and 4:42.06 respectively at the Northern Indoor Championships last weekend.

For the women, Fiona Matheson looks set to demolish the current W60 record, continuing her record-breaking streak.

Caroline Marler is looking to take the W70 record over her five events, while Tony Bowman once again will attempt to add to his haul in the M85s after recently being featured on the BBC.
