The lead team manager will be Kay Reynolds who will be based at the main stadium in Rbeira Brava. Kay has been the lead team manager several times for EMATrack and Field championships. She is still an active field official with experience at World championships and Commonwealth Games in addition to being a club team manager, coach and athlete herself. With that experience Kay will be well suited to deal with any issues arising.
At the second and third venues, Camara de lobos and RG3 in Funchal, will be Nick Groocock. Nick has performed a team manager role at a previous EMA championships and for the Island games. Nick used to be an athlete at several previous championships and is active as a coach.
There will also be assitance from two others, Andrew Pringle and Wendy Kane. While both of these will be competing, they will assist both Kay and Nick with a presence at all three venues as well as the non stadia events.
