The Basics
Competition Dates: 7-8 March 2026, Horspath, Oxford
Only athletes aged 35 and older can enter this event. You also need to be registered with UKA or be an overseas visitor.
If you have a current BMAF area club membership (with 2 or more memberships, you can choose which one to represent), you will automatically receive the discounted price as follows:
BMAF Members Non Members
First event £28.00 £33.00
Subsequent events £18.00 £23.00
Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will then be confirmed.
Championship Events: Hammer, Discus, Javelin, Weight
Open Events: Shot
Please note:
- Number collection on the day. Registration closes at least 1 hour before each event.
- Saturday will be those aged 35-59 and Sunday those aged 60+.
- It is hoped that we can offer all athletes 3 throws with the top 6 getting further throws. This will be dependent upon athlete numbers and the impact on licensing restrictions.
- The shot will be a non-championship event (only as the BMAF shot championship will be held with the indoor championships in February.)
- By entering this event, you agree to be photographed by official BMAF photographers.
