“Masters Athletics” editor and Athletics commentator Brian Owen has been awarded Life Membership to the Midland Counties Athletic Association. The award is for his service to the Midland and National Athletics, since the 1980’s to the present day.
Brian accepted the award at the Association’s AGM on Sunday the 14th of December.
