Obituary: Charlie Williams (1930-2013)

We regret to report the death of Charlie Williams, well known as a sprinter and a timekeeper.  Charlie was one of our longest serving members, having competed in the first world championships in 1975.  He still holds the British M45 100 metres, M65 200 metres and M55/65/75 400 metres records.  The picture shows him winning the M75 world championships in 2007.
