Aim
We wish to understand the relationship between chronic disease (e.g. osteoarthritis), physical activity (e.g. running) and other risk factors (e.g. diet). To do this, we aim to follow a population of runners over a number of years looking at running volume, injury profile, joint symptoms and general health as people age.

Get Involved
We need as many participants as possible and your help will contribute to a greater understanding of osteoarthritis. All you need to do is complete an online questionnaire. You will be invited to complete follow-up questionnaires and may be asked to come in to one of our Centres for functional assessment, but your participation is entirely voluntary.

The questionnaire (and more information) can be found at: http://tinyurl.com/haloquestionnaire

If you have any questions regarding our research or would like a paper copy of the questionnaire, please contact Joanne Bartram by email [centre-seoa@nottingham.ac.uk] or phone 0115 8231411.
